What This Policy Covers

The only product we sell is our own original digital guide, Kedarnath Helicopter Yatra Insider Guide 2026, delivered as a downloadable PDF. This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies exclusively to that ebook purchase made through our payment provider, Razorpay.

We do not sell, resell, or facilitate Kedarnath helicopter tickets, yatra registration, darshan, puja, or any other government or temple service. No refund of any such third-party or government charge can be requested from us, because we never collect it. Official helicopter booking and any related refunds are governed solely by heliyatra.irctc.co.in.

Nature of a Digital Product

The ebook is a digital good delivered instantly by email/download link after successful payment. Because the content is accessible immediately and cannot be "returned" once delivered, sales are generally final. The exceptions below explain when we will still issue a refund.

When You Are Eligible for a Refund

We will issue a full refund in any of these situations:

• Non-delivery: You paid but did not receive the download link or file within 24 hours, and our support could not deliver it on request.
• Duplicate payment: You were charged more than once for the same order.
• Corrupt or inaccessible file: The PDF cannot be opened and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
• Wrong amount charged: You were charged an amount different from the price shown at checkout.

When a Refund Does Not Apply

• You changed your mind after the file was successfully delivered and opened.
• You expected the ebook to book a helicopter ticket or darshan for you — it is an informational guide only, as stated clearly before purchase.
• Your travel plans changed, or a helicopter flight was cancelled by the operator (that is between you and IRCTC/the operator, not us).
• You did not read the product description, which lists exactly what the guide contains.

How to Request a Refund

Email us within 7 days of purchase with your Razorpay payment ID and the email used at checkout. Eligible refunds are approved within 3 business days and credited by Razorpay to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days thereafter.
